Spencer Kelly's journey as winemaker began in the picturesque Okanagan Valley, where he witnessed the burgeoning BC wine industry. After honing his skills in Napa Valley, he returned home, drawn by the region's potential. He has built a strong reputation for producing exceptional vintages.

EMBRACE THE BEAUTY OF CHERRY BLOSSOM WITH EXQUISITE THEMED MENU
Mott No.32’s exclusive spring Cherry Blossom Set Menu, which is available only during the month of April, takes diners on a culinary journey to explore the unique notes of Cherry Blossom in Chinese cuisine.
The set menu begins with two luxurious dumplings - a Steamed Prawn and Vegetable Dumpling, and Scallop and Egg White Dumpling with Caviar. Next, savour the artfully crafted Cherry Blossom Soup with Matsutake and Tofu. Main courses feature Seared Hokkaido Scallop in Rice Paper, aromatic Pan-Fried Chicken and Minced Prawn with Broccolini, Water Chestnut and Coriander, complimented by a Wagyu Beef Fried Rice with Shrimp, Asparagus and Spring Onion. Concluding the meal are two delightful desserts – sweet and floral Cherry Blossom Ice Cream and a creamy Sour Plum Panna Cotta served with Vanilla Coconut Ice Cream, Strawberry and Roselle Snow.
