From 1 August to 15 September 2026, Mott 32 Hong Kong presents a Seasonal Yunnan Wild Mushroom Menu, available for lunch and dinner. Celebrated as the pinnacle of "mountain treasures", these rare wild mushrooms are hand-foraged in Yunnan's pristine highland forests during the brief season following summer rains. Sourced from the world's "Kingdom of Fungi", each ingredient is elevated through refined Chinese culinary craftsmanship. To complement the menu, our sommelier team has curated a selection of premium wine pairings that enhance the delicate flavours of the forest.
Premium Poon Choi For Mid-Autumn Festival
Our limited-edition Poon Choi returns, layered with abundance, flavour and craft. Choose between our Premium or Traditional variations and bring the essence of Mott 32 celebration to your home.
Choose between Premium Poon Choi (for 6 guests) a luxurious twist on the celebratory dish, with Australian abalone, Hokkaido dried scallop, Japanese sea cucumber, fish maw, and more, or Traditional Poon Choi (for 12 guests) that is filled with classic ingredients, such as free-range chicken, dace fish ball, shiitake mushroom, braised pork, turnip, and fried bean curd sheet. The Chef also uses whole dried scallops, shrimp, and dried oysters to provide a rich and indulgent flavor. For a heartwarming feast, opt for the Wok-Fried Glutinous Rice with Japanese Dried Shrimp & Preserved Sausage.

Driven by their passion for the European electronic music scene, Cocoa and Alex curate a soundscape where music lovers can revel in high-quality house and techno while enjoying the iconic atmosphere of Mott 32. A custom sound system and regular international DJs deliver a refined space for connection, rhythm and late-night flow.
