Featuring eight seasonal dishes, the menu offers vibrant flavours from the tantalising heat of Cold Razor Clams, Szechuan Pepper, Chili, the subtle umami and freshness of Braised Beef Cheek & Radish, Clear soup, to rich flavours and texture of Tea Smoked Duck.

This Chinese New Year, we welcome in the Year of the Snake, a highly respected symbol of intelligence that encourages introspection, wisdom and transformation. As we reflect on a decade of growth at Mott 32, we welcome you to join us in celebration with 11 extraordinary dishes exemplifying both innovation and tradition.
Toss up good fortune with our elevated Lo Hei Salad, featuring Lobster and Abalone, delight in our latest creations of Stir-Fried Lobster with Rainbow Quinoa and Stuffed Crispy Chicken with Abalone, Fish Maw, Glutinous Rice and Chinese Preserved Meat, and indulge in Roasted French Lamb Belly with Pepper and Wok-Fried Tiger Prawns with Chinese Cabbage.
