Our premium Poon Choi features a luxurious twist on this traditional celebratory dish with Australian abalone, Hokkaido dried scallop, Japanese sea cucumber and fish maw.   While our traditional Poon Choi is filled with classic ingredients such as free-range chicken, dace fish balls, shiitake mushroom, braised pork, turnip and fried bean curd sheet.

SPRING SUMMER MENU

This year's seasonal menu features nine exquisite creations by Chef Lee Man Sing, including Crispy Prawn Toast, Sesame, taking the beloved Prawn Toast to the next level with succulent prawns, topped with crunchy, nutty sesame. Pan-Fried Giant Coral Garoupa, celebrating the rich flavours of the sea, pan-fried to perfection.  Crispy Eel elevated with Osmanthus Honey Sauce, adding a layer of floral sweetness to the eel's natural flavours and Wagyu Beef Salad, where tender slices of marbled Wagyu beef are grilled to perfection and coated in a luscious Peanut Sauce with Garlic and Thyme.  

Paying homage to the traditional typhoon shelter style of cooking, the Salt & Pepper Lobster is tossed in a fragrant blend of salt and pepper and paired with Crispy Potato.  Or experience East meets West, the Wok-Fried Homemade Dried Iberico Ham, Baby Choi Sum and Wok-Fried Broccolini, Iberico Pork made with our house-made XO sauce.

The Braised Radish, Abalone Sauce highlights the beauty of tradition and simplicity, and finally, the pièce de résistance, the Braised Winter Melon, Alaskan King Crab Meat where winter melon, serves as the perfect vessel for the luxurious crab meat, creating a dish that is both refreshing and elegant.
