For a limited time only, Mott 32 greets the colder months with the new Autumn & Winter Menu, which features nine dishes built around rich umami, warm flavours and classic techniques, crafted by Group Executive Chef Lee Man Sing. With carefully sourced seasonal ingredients like pigeon, lamb, eel and warm smoky spices, the menu echoes the Chinese culinary philosophy of food as a means to balance health in different seasons.

Every Saturday for a limited time only, starting from 11pm, Mott 32's opulent dining space is transformed to the dance floor of the party by He.r 鶴 — the brainchild of Hong Kong’s DJs, Cocoa and Alex Nude.
Access via invitation or reservation only. He.r 鶴 Party returns on 31 January 2026.
