EMBRACE THE BEAUTY OF CHERRY BLOSSOM WITH EXQUISITE THEMED MENU

Mott 32’s exclusive spring Cherry Blossom Set Menu, which is available only during the month of April, takes diners on a culinary journey to explore the unique notes of Cherry Blossom in Chinese cuisine. 

The set menu begins with two luxurious dumplings - a Steamed Prawn and Vegetable Dumpling, and Scallop and Egg White Dumpling with Caviar. Next, savour the artfully crafted Cherry Blossom Soup with Matsutake and Tofu. Main courses feature Seared Hokkaido Scallop in Rice Paper, aromatic Pan-Fried Chicken and Minced Prawn with Broccolini, Water Chestnut and Coriander,complimented by a Wagyu Beef Fried Rice with Shrimp, Asparagus and Spring Onion. Concluding the meal are two delightful desserts – sweet and floral Cherry Blossom Ice Cream and a creamy Sour Plum Panna Cotta served with Vanilla Coconut Ice Cream, Strawberry and Roselle Snow

A CELEBRATION OF SEASONAL FLAVOURS

Introducing our Spring & Summer 2024 menu at Mott 32, coinciding with the cherry blossom season, starting March 19th.

Highlight dishes include tantalizing Wok-Fried South Australian Lobster Meat with Morel and Scallion, melt-in-your-mouth Bamboo Charcoal French Lamb Rack with Black Pepper Crusts, and for larger groups, the Steamed Giant Coral Garoupa with Chencun Rice Roll, Chili and Soy is perfect for sharing, whilst the Wok-Fried Chicken Wings, Prawn, Chinese Cured Ham and Asparagus is full of summer zest. Dishes on the Spring Summer menu will be available until September.
