Yunnan Mushroom season is back! Celebrate nature’s bounty at Mott 32 with a new seasonal Mushroom Menu crafted by Group Executive Chef Lee Man Sing. Renowned as the “Kingdom of Wild Mushrooms”, Yunnan boasts an extraordinary biodiversity that yields some of the world’s most prized edible fungi. During their brief seasonal window, these mushrooms become a cornerstone of authentic Chinese haute cuisine, celebrated for their distinct aromas, delicate textures, and profound umami depth.

The Seasonal Menu features 10 creations like Marinated Catathelasma, Pan-Fried Scallop, Chanterelle, and Wok-Fried Fresh Lobster, Morel, each showcasing the bold flavours of highly prized mushrooms. Available in Set Menu and A La Carte Menu until August 15, book early to experience the essence of the forest.
