Jiangsu Hairy Crab Menu
At Mott 32, the arrival of Jiangsu Hairy Crab marks one of the most anticipated moments of the autumn season.
Known in Chinese as Da Zha Xie (大閘蟹), hairy crab is prized for its delicate meat and rich, golden roe, making it a seasonal delicacy enjoyed for a limited time each year.
To celebrate the season, Mott 32 Group Executive Chef Lee Man Sing presents six Jiangsu Hairy Crab à la carte dishes, each offering a distinct expression of this prized ingredient.
From Jiangsu to Bangkok, an autumn delicacy arrives at the table at Mott 32.

Festival of Flavours brings a refined vegetarian menu to Mott 32 Bangkok.
Seasonal ingredients take centre stage in dishes such as Double-Boiled Pumpkin with Assorted Mushrooms, Kung Pao Crispy Mushroom, Braised Tofu with Morel Mushroom and Plant-Based Abalone with Rainbow Salad.
