Chef Lee Man Sing Returns with an Exclusive Dining Experience

Following last year’s sold-out event, Mott No.32 Bangkok is excited to welcome back Chef Lee Man Sing, the esteemed Group Executive Chef, for a second guest chef appearance. From June 26th to 29th, enjoy a meticulously crafted à la carte menu featuring Chef Lee’s signature dishes, blending high-quality ingredients with simple cooking techniques. Highlights include Crispy Bird's Nest with Oscietra Caviar, Hot and Sour Soup with King Prawn and Vegetables, Stuffed Crab Claw, and Crispy Chicken with Fermented Bean Curd.

Chef Lee’s special creations will be available from June 26th to July 31st. Individual dishes start at THB 250++ per dish, with a set menu priced at THB 4,800++ per person, featuring new dishes and Mott No.32 classics.
