Introducing our new Executive Chef, Eddy Wong.  Chef Wong is a highly accomplished chef with over 40 years of expertise in creating exceptional dishes and managing kitchen operations.  He has built a stellar reputation for his mastery in a variety of food cuisines, seamlessly blending technique and creativity to meet diverse culinary preferences.

To mark this special occasion, Chef Wong presents his debut collaboration for the restaurant, a curated signature menu featuring Mott 32 favourites including the Shredded 42 Days Peking Duck Salad, Barbecue Pluma Iberico Pork and Braised Abalone.  Available only until March 21st.

DIM SUM SET MENU

Mott 32’s dim sum set and signature dim sum set feature our most beloved dim sum creations, from steamed and fried dumplings to seafood pouches and innovative desserts.

Indulge in the dim sum set for Php1,888 per head for a minimum of two persons, or in the signature dim sum set for Php2,888 per head for a minimum of two persons.

Dim Sum & Drink Sum

Join us every evening in the bar from 8pm for Dim Sum & Drink Sum.  Enjoy a selection of our best handmade dim sum including Prawn, Iberico Pork, Flying Fish Roe Siu Mai, King Prawn Har Gow and Shredded Duck Spring Roll with one of our Signature Mott 32 cocktails, all for only 1588 per person.
